ABOUT ME
I'm Danny Rafael Ebrey, born in Portsmouth in 1995, growing up and living there until studying in Bournemouth for a 4 year masters degree at the AECC health sciences university for my profession. After then working and saving some money at home in Portsmouth temporarily, I moved to Southampton city centre, and then most recently to West end, Southampton with my wife.
In 2021 after the initial major covid lockdown, with less job security and after speaking to different people about their changed routines, I got the idea to start this venture. I realised there was increased demand for mobile treatments but also for more personalised comprehensive treatments. I've never wanted a one dimensional, 'conveyor belt' approach to patients. So I began using and combining different therapies, I extended treatment times to avoid rushing and to provide more holistic treatments, and kept gradually crafting my own style and mobile business along side a job as a clinic practitioner.

My first exposure to muscle/joint healthcare was when I required low back treatment after a secondary school PE sprinting incident. I was really impressed and influenced by my practitioners friendly patient centred communication and treatment techniques, which to my young brain, felt like magic at the time !

More about me

Having a dad from an English farming background and a mother from a small tropical island has given me a strong sense of gratitude for my opportunities, a warm easy going personality, yet a no nonsense approach to work.
When I'm not fixing people I love following sports particularly football, rugby and boxing. I've participated in all the above in the past but these days due to my work, looking after my body comes first! Now I just mainly go to the gym for my health and wellbeing. I mostly train with weights for strength, and try to do some (probably not enough!) cardio too.
I LOVE food and trying/cooking a wide range of foods from around the world. Some of my favourite less mainstream cuisines are German, Nigerian, Lebanese, Korean, Argentinian and South African food. Hard to beat good ol' English though, especially when it's cold!

I also enjoy reading, videogames, and am currently gradually learning French and German as a personal long term challenge. For those who speak/are learning too, any practice during treatments is welcome!
