Includes consultation and examination, and then a 1 hour extended treatment including full body chiropractic adjustments to the spine and limbs, muscle release therapy and/or reflexology.

2nd session onwards standard (30 mins):

Chiropractic adjustments with some focused muscle release therapy and/or reflexology.

2nd session onwards extended 'CHIRO MOT' (1hour):

1 hour extended treatment including full body chiropractic adjustments to the spine and limbs, muscle release therapy and/or reflexology.

Sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing muscle fibre elasticity, reducing pain and tension in muscles. Improving muscle function will often also improve joint function.

Session can incorperate reflexology on request for no extra cost

Enough time to cover most major muscles on the back of the body from neck down to legs, or to thoroughly focus on a few muscle groups of your choice
